Through their combined experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, and complex medical support, they have seen firsthand the impact that compassionate, personalized care can have on individuals and families. This shared vision inspired them to create a home where residents are not only supported clinically, but also treated with genuine respect, kindness, and empathy.

Belaynesh Biresaw, RN, BSN

Belaynesh Biresaw is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience and a healthcare career that began in 2005. She advanced through the nursing profession from CNA to LPN, RN, and BSN.

Her clinical background includes long-term care, rehabilitation, bedside nursing, oncology, acute care, ventilator and tracheostomy care, along with leadership experience as a charge nurse and admission nurse. She is also a certified oncology nurse and nurse delegator.

Belaynesh is passionate about providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care. She brings empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to supporting residents and their families in a safe and caring environment.

Amarech Sendeki, RN

Amarech Sendeki is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 9 years of nursing experience and a healthcare career that began in 2010. She advanced through the nursing profession from CNA to LPN and RN.

Her clinical experience includes long-term care, bedside nursing, rehabilitation, ventilator care, and tracheostomy care, with a strong background in caring for individuals with complex medical needs. She has also served in leadership roles, including charge nurse, and has experience supporting admissions and daily care coordination.

Amarech is known for her calm, attentive approach and strong commitment to quality patient care. She brings patience, compassion, and a nurturing presence to her role, ensuring each resident receives respectful and individualized care in a safe and supportive environment.
